Lounge Charter

Last refreshed on June 1, 2026 · written in plain language.

This Charter is the agreement between you (a guest) and Lumen Arcade Studio (the host). By stepping through the neon doors, you accept everything below. If you disagree with any point, please do not access the lounge.

1. The nature of the lounge

Lumen Arcade is a social, play-for-fun lounge. Everything inside the halls — towers, charms, lumens, badges, ladders — exists only as virtual amusement. Nothing in the lounge involves wagering, monetary stakes, payments to play, or prizes of cash value. No virtual item can ever be converted into currency, goods or services.

2. Doorway requirements

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access social play-for-fun services in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to ask for age verification at any time. Hosts may close the door on guests who misrepresent their age.

3. Your guest pass

Each guest may keep a single pass (account). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Sharing, selling, gifting or renting a guest pass is not permitted. Suspicious sign-in activity may trigger an automatic pause until we can confirm it is you at the keyboard.

4. How to behave in the halls

  • Be warm with hosts and fellow guests — the lounge runs on kindness.
  • No harassment, hateful speech, threats, doxxing or impersonation.
  • No automation, scraping, exploit tooling or third-party overlays.
  • No advertising, solicitation, or off-platform schemes inside chat rooms.

Hosts may issue gentle warnings, mute, suspend or permanently revoke a guest pass for breaches.

5. Virtual amusement items

Lumens, charms, club tickets and ladder ranks are licensed to you for personal amusement inside the lounge. They are not your property, hold no monetary worth, and may be re-balanced or retired as we tune the experience.

6. Studio content

All halls, soundtracks, artwork, animations, code and trademarks remain the property of Lumen Arcade Studio or its licensors. You may take screenshots or short clips for personal sharing; commercial reuse requires written permission from the studio.

7. Closing the door

You may close your guest pass at any time from settings. We may pause or close a pass that breaches this Charter, threatens other guests, or that we are required to close by law.

8. Service availability

The lounge is offered "as is". We work hard to keep the lights on, but cannot guarantee that every hall will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance is posted in the crew lounge.

9. Liability

Because no money changes hands, our liability towards guests is limited to the maximum extent allowed by your local law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the lounge.

10. Updates to the Charter

We may refresh this Charter as the lounge grows. Material updates are announced in the lobby and on this page with a new date at the top.
