Data care
Data Promise
The minimum information, kept for the shortest time, never sold.
The Data Promise explains what we collect when you visit Lumen Arcade, why we collect it and what choices you have. It is written for guests, not lawyers — short, direct and honest. The studio that hosts the lounge is the data controller.
What lands in our notebook
- Guest pass basics — email, display name, language and country, sign-in provider if you use one.
- Hall activity — which halls you visit, charms you earn, ladder progress, chat history with hosts.
- Lounge device data — browser, operating system, approximate region from IP, anonymous performance signals.
- Care messages — tickets you send, replies our hosts send back.
Why we keep it
- Open the door and recognise you on return visits.
- Show ladders, charms and the right halls to the right guest.
- Protect the lounge from abuse, automation and impersonation.
- Improve halls based on aggregated, anonymous trends.
- Reply when you contact the Care Hub.
Who we share it with
We never sell, rent or trade guest data. Limited information is shared with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, anti-abuse) bound by strict contracts. We may also disclose data when legally required, always in the narrowest scope possible.
Where it lives and for how long
Data is hosted on European-based servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Hall activity is kept for as long as your pass is active, plus a short period for backups. Care messages are kept for 24 months. Closed-pass data is erased within 90 days unless we are required to keep it longer.
Your toolbox
- Export everything we hold about you in one click from settings.
- Edit or correct your guest pass information at any time.
- Close your pass and erase your footprint from the lounge.
- Opt out of optional analytics from the Cookie Notes panel.
Cookies & similar gadgets
We use a small set of first-party cookies and local storage entries. The full list lives in the Cookie Notes.
Young guests
Lumen Arcade is strictly for guests aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we discover such a record we delete it on sight.
