Is Lumen Arcade really play-for-fun?+
Yes. There are no purchases, no payouts and nothing of monetary value at stake. It's a lounge, not a marketplace.
Do I need an account?+
Yes — a free account lets you save your charms, climb the champions wall and chat with hosts. Email or guest sign-in both work.
What's the minimum age?+
You must be 18 or older to join the lounge.
How are halls created?+
Our in-house team designs each hall with original art and music. New halls drop every Friday.
How do daily quests work?+
Open the quest board, complete the playful tasks (visit two halls, send a hello, etc.) and collect lumens.
What are charms?+
Charms are collectible decorations for your avatar. Some are seasonal, others are earned through milestones or trades.
Can I host my own lounge?+
At level 5 you can open a private hall for up to 32 friends and load a custom playlist.
How do I contact a human host?+
Tap the floating chat button or visit the Contact page — hosts reply 24/7.
Is my data safe?+
We store the minimum needed and never sell data. Read more on our Privacy page.
How do I take a break?+
You can pause your account from settings or use our Play Responsibly tools to set lounge time limits.
