Healthy Play
The lounge should feel like a night out, never a chore. Here is how we keep it that way.
Even though Lumen Arcade is play-for-fun and no money is involved, we believe healthy habits matter in any form of digital amusement. The tools below are available to every guest from settings.
Built-in tools
- Lounge timers — gentle reminders every 30, 60 or 90 minutes asking you to stretch.
- Session caps — daily and weekly limits that politely lock the door once reached.
- Quiet doors — pause your pass for a day, a week, a month or indefinitely.
- Notification calm — switch off pings, emails and push entirely in one tap.
- Clean closure — close your pass with no follow-up messages, ever.
How to tell when play stops feeling good
- You return to the halls hoping to feel better, not because you want to play.
- Time inside the lounge regularly crowds out sleep, work or relationships.
- You feel agitated when you cannot connect.
- You hide how long you stay from people close to you.
